God Communicates Through Fruit Trees
Leviticus 26 says that if we obey the commandments then we will be abundantly blessed and our trees won’t cast their fruit before harvest time.
But the opposite is true if we break God’s commandments.
Utah farmer Kent Pyne reported to KSL News that his orchard Pyne Farms has experienced 100% crop failure in 2026 due to extreme weather conditions. Blossoms showed up 3 weeks early due to an unusual heat wave and the blossoms were completely destroyed by 3 consecutive hard freezes.
The orchard owner says they haven’t had a complete crop failure since 1972.
So why does this matter if you’re a christian? Because God is the perfect parent, he gives us commandments to help us prosper and he warns us before he disciplines his children.
Leviticus 26 makes plain that having an abundance of fruit is a covenant blessing and the loss of fruit is a covenant curse.
The loss of fruit is a sign that God’s people are no longer bearing good fruit and need to repent.
If God’s People don’t repent then the other curses listed in Leviticus 26 will follow with certainty.
To illustrate the seriousness of a complete fruit crop failure let’s investigate what was going on in America in 1972 during the last time this orchard experienced 100% crop failure.
President Richard Nixon took the US off the Gold standard on August 15, 1971 which opened the door to massive inflation which is akin to theft and slavery.
Since Harvest arrived before Nixon took us off the Gold standard in August 1971, God planned a total crop failure for 1972.
Also interestingly enough, In 1972 The US Supreme Court was arguing Roe Vs Wade.
On January 22 1973 the Supreme Court twisted the 14th amendment to legally protect the child sacrifice of babies 24 weeks or younger to the gods of pleasure & convenience.
This is why 100% of the fruit crop failed in 1972.
But why did the fruit crop fail this year in 2026?
Let's revisit what happened in 2022, 2025, and 2026
Roe Vs Wade was overturned by the supreme court in 2022. A huge win but most states still protect child sacrifice by abortion, including Utah. Those states haven’t repented and have blood on their hands.
2025 started out good but ended poorly.
In January 2025, the Department of Government Efficiency was established and Elon Musk cut the US spending by $210 billion dollars. This was a good thing, we were taking responsibility for our spending, working towards a balanced budget.
Then Trump & congress passed the Big Beautiful Bill in July 2025 that would add 4.5 trillion dollars to the US deficit over the next 10 years. This was a bad decision. This was a prime example of the United States refusing again to live by the biblical principles of sound money and repaying our creditors. Even worse, we chose to trust in the arm of flesh by building an expensive missile defense system that we can’t afford. America will be rudely awakened when Jesus Christ himself fights against us because of our continual refusal to take responsibility for our actions, obey his law and word, and trust in the Lord for our preservation and deliverance.
In February 2026 President Trump invaded Iran, his excuse was to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon. Geo Political Strategist Professor Jiang has assessed that the real reason Trump invaded Iran was to force the world to buy American Oil.
Nations are trying to flee the dollar because we’re destroying its purchasing power through inflation. Forcing the world to buy American oil maintains dollar supremacy, thereby slowing hyper inflation. God is not happy when the US refuses to take responsibility for its actions and instead uses a war to force our neighboring nations to use the dollar so that we can continue to steal from them. 2 wrongs doesn’t make a right.
Everyone should take 5 minutes and go read Leviticus 26. When 100% of a state's crop is destroyed, God is warning us that if we don’t repent then more curses of greater magnitude will follow.
God’s covenant is certain, if we keep His commandments then we will prosper in the land. If we disobey then he will give our land and blessings to a more deserving people.
